| Hallo! Ich mache ab Oktober ein Praktikum in Shanghai, sechs Monate lang, dafür wurde mir jetzt auch mein Visum zugestellt. Es ist nicht über 180, sondern über 2x90 Tage. Das ist auch okay, dann reise ich halt einmal aus nach 90 Tagen - aber weiß jemand, wie lange ich dann 'draußen' sein darf? Kann ich theoretisch nach 90 Tagen drei Wochen Urlaub im Ausland machen und dann das zweite 90-Tage-Intervall antreten? | ||||

| Hallo Sonnenkrempel, da Du hast ja praktisch zwei M-Visa zugestellt bekommen hast, kannst Du die zweiten 90 Tage auch nach einer Pause antreten. Sie gelten dann erst ab dem Zeitpunkt, an dem du zum zweiten Mal eingereist bist. Gruss, Annika | ||||

| Hello Annika?, My husband is at the moment applying for a permanent work permit. He has to go back to Germany to apply for his temporary permit. Only his second arrival into China then he can get his permit and has to go to a nearby police station to be registered. Now my question is ... me as wife, can I enter China with my second M visa and from there apply for my permanent one year visa? Also we have a son studying in Germany and we also want to apply for him a visa so that he can come to visit us over the holiday. He is now 25 years of age, is this possible?
